• Sign the updated boarding and daycare agreement
• Verify that your information transferred correctly and is up to date, including:
  • Owner contact information
  • Additional owner information (if applicable)
  • Pet information
  • Emergency contact: Including name, relationship and phone number
• Upload a photo of your dog (optional but encouraged and fun!)
